This app has problems with built-in OTP generator. When you have already enabled OTP generator, then reinstall it, the OTP generator toggle button will be disabled instead of enabled and you can not enable it. When you enable the toggle button, it says that "You have already registered" and it remains disabled. Sometimes there are imperfections in programming or a bug that needs improvements. You can not switch the toggle button to enabled again once you reinstall it.

As of now, i am experiencing a trouble with this mobile app. The notification often says that it can't be used for awhile and it will automatically sign out". Several times of trying to open/signing up before the transaction can be done. Please fix this issue promptly. Thank you in advance.

Hi! We're sorry for the inconvenience. If possible, please change your network settings to Wi-Fi connection if you are on mobile data or switch to mobile data if you are on Wi-Fi and try to transact again. Thank you.

(Rating for registration only since I still don't have an online account.) OTPs are not always sent to emails. This is blocking registration. And frustrating. (Edited to answer the developer's reply) 24/7 peak hours? Maybe because users keep on sending requests, which was caused by the late (or non-) arrival of OTPs. A redundant issue now.
